THIS IS WEEK 6 AND WE ARE ALL STILL GOING STRONG!! EVERYDAY I AM GETTING STRONGER, AND THE WORKOUTS ARE BECOMING EASIER. EACH DAY I LOOK FORWARD TO EXERCISING, IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD AND ENERGIZED. GO TEAM TOC!! --Jazzy Jessica
I am really starting to see a difference in my numbers, clothes and overall health. At one point I was steady but now I can tell it’s paying off. Understanding the right things to eat can be very complicated, but our dietitian Katie was patient and reinforced the importance of eating the right foods. Klassy Kim

I’M ENJOYING OUR TRAINERS THEY ARE ALL SO HELPFUL. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER NOW THAT I EXERCISE EACH DAY. I CAN WALK FOR LONGER WITHOUT FEELING LIKE I HAVE TO PASS OUT. I’M THANKFUL THAT WE HAVE PREMIER TRAINERS BECAUSE THE EXERCISING IS INTENSE, BUT VERY REWARDING. I WILL CONTINUE TO WORKOUT AFTER THE CHALLENGE. Luscious Laura

We have just finished week 3 with Cindy, and I must say she is good at what she does she will push you if she has to and that is what we need. This lifestyle challenge has been hard but very REWARDING and I want to continue with my training after we have completed the challenge. Ladies lets keep up the go work! GO TEAM TOC!!!! Yesterday we walked 4 miles with Cindy and I was a little discouraged while walking. Breathing while exercising is difficult for me, which results in me being extremely tired within minutes. Why can’t I figure this out? UGH! I also try to keep in mind that it doesn’t matter who finishes first, what’s important is that I do finish. It’s not a race for me…it’s reaching my goal to maintain a healthier lifestyle. New week, greater challenges……Klassy Kim
POUNDS, POUNDS, POUNDS….Why won’t they go away? For the past two weeks I have been stuck at the same weight and it is a little discouraging. Oh well, this is week 4 and still going strong, hopefully I will see a drop in the scale this week. --Jazzy Jessica
